A machining supplier in Mexico to which US$1M in business had been awarded had a level of +300,000 defective PPM, was disrupting manufacturing at 16 manufacturing facilities in the U.S., and causing losses due to down-time.
Our task was to rapidly fix the problem and reduce the defective PPM level to a “reasonable” limit.
