Our client in the U.S. asked us to move one (1) of their manufacturing operations to Mexico - to cut down on manufacturing costs and increase profitability.
Our assignment was to relocate their manufacturing facility in the U.S. to Mexico in a maximum of 26 days. It included purchased parts, manufactured parts, production equipment & tools, assembly lines and finished goods for a value of over US$20M.
